1. Register as a candidate
Create a profile within Hireroom and get access to our subscription content, practice tests and even interview invites from employers. Once your profile is made you can apply to other positions on our current vacancies page.
2. Apply on a vacancy or take a practice test
Apply to a job through out vacancy page or from an online ad. Once you have done a test you can review your feedback.
3. Interview stage
Have an onsite interview to meet the employer and see where you would work.

Our job isn't done yet. We provide support to make sure you're set for success in your new job.
1. Register as an employer
Sign up to Hireroom. A Hireroom representative gets in touch so we can provide you with the right plan tailored to your requirements. After you have chosen a plan a technical test can then be made for your position.
2. Build a candidate pool
We use targeted searching methods and our exclusive hireroom candidate network to attract the right candidates to your job test.
3. Deselection and interviews
The candidate pool is deselected by the technical test and a shortlist is created. You bring the top candidates onsite for an interview.
